Warranty Policies:

Apparel Warranty Policy:

1. All Positive Sports apparel is warranted against defects in material or workmanship for 180 days from the date of purchase.

2. Warranty is only valid with proof of purchase from Positive Sports LLP or authorized Positive Sports LLP dealer.

3. The Positive Sports warranty program does not cover:

• Defect due to improper fit 
• Damage from unintended style of riding
• Abuse and/or neglect 
• Accidents of any kind
  
• Alteration and/or modification
• Normal wear and tear
• Damages incurred during racing and/or other riding activites
• Usage other than in accordance with intended use
  

Alteration of Positive Sports apparel will void warranty.

4. To make a warranty claim:

• for products purchased directly from Positive Sports LLP, please call or email Positive Sports LLP.
  
• for Positive Sports products purchased from authorised dealers/agents/distributors, please contact the dealer/agents/distributors for warranty claims.
  

5. It is at the sole discretion of Positive Sports LLP to repair or replace defective merchandise.

6. Labor and shipping for any warranty claims are not covered under any warranty. This is the responsibility of the customer.
